Position: Executive Chef job
About: Ambriant at Austin Village is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our community dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences for residents in a warm and welcoming environment. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining high-quality meal service, and leading a team to achieve excellence in dining.
Requirements: 1-3 years in health care food service management; 1-3 years as an Executive Chef (required); strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills; knowledge of food ordering systems, inventory management, and health regulations; ServSafe Manager or Certified Dietary Manager; Culinary Arts Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
