Position: Executive Chef job
About: Holland America Line and Princess Cruises united as HAP-Alaska/Yukon Land Operations. This role is based at the Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge in Fairbanks, AK. The establishment operates lodges, hotels, luxury motor coaches, and the largest domed rail cars in the world, offering guests a unique blend of luxury and adventure in Alaska.
Requirements: High school completion or equivalent required; five years of progressively responsible positions in restaurant and/or culinary management preferred; ability to work independently with little supervision; dedicated to delivering excellent customer service; possession of Alaska Food Handlers card and ServSafe Manager certification; able to work varying shifts including weekends and beyond normal business hours; minimum age of 18 years old to reside in company housing; ability to lift 50 lbs/23 kg; pass a pre-employment background check; eligible to work in the United States
