Requirements: Certified Executive Chef or 5+ years of experience; current Food Handlers card; ability to handle knives properly and safely; knowledge of typical food service equipment; deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill operation and maintenance
