Requirements: Passionate and driven individual to lead the back of the house team; experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and developing kitchen staff; expertise in food ordering, inventory management, maintaining food costs, and brand standards; strong leadership in ensuring quality control, safety, sanitation, and compliance with health standards; proficiency in developing and implementing operational goals and Thunderdome Restaurant Group standards
