About: Del Frisco’s is seeking an experienced and dedicated Culinary Manager to oversee all back-of-house staff in an upscale/fine dining kitchen, ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on management approach and commitment to high standards.
Requirements: At least 5 years of Culinary Management experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an Executive Chef in an upscale/fine dining establishment; Strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, food/labor cost, and product quality; Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
