Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Executive Chef position at the park involves efficient management of all food and beverage outlets, working closely with the VP and/or Director of Food and Beverage. The role focuses on overseeing kitchen operations, staff supervision, event management, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Requirements: Associate’s degree/vocational or technical school with emphasis in Culinary Arts/Food and Beverage preferred; ServSafe manager and ServSafe alcohol certifications preferred; 8-10 years of Executive Chef experience preferred; 5+ years of leadership/management experience; ability to work independently; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, recipe costing, and writing; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
