About: Crisp Hospitality Group in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a dedicated Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and staff management ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years in culinary experience; Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role; Strong culinary and creative skills with a passion for food preparation; Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; Knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and kitchen procedures; Ability to manage a diverse team and collaborate effectively with other departments; Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is preferred; Health and safety certifications and compliance knowledge; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
