Position: Executive Chef job

About: The Club is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all food production and distribution on club property, including restaurants, banquet functions, and temporary outlets. The Executive Chef is responsible for menu development, food purchases, budget management, and ensuring high food quality and sanitation standards. This role collaborates closely with the Clubhouse Manager and other key stakeholders to deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

Requirements: A verifiable record of leading an active culinary operation with private club experience preferred; ability to sustain a culture of quality service; exceptional experience with high-quality a la carte and banquet food offerings; knowledgeable in best practices for top-performing operations; strong financial acumen in budget management and forecasting; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; culinary arts degree preferred or minimum five years of culinary management experience; reputation for quality and attention to detail; willingness to work long hours and weekends as demanded by business cycles
