About: Dearborn Inn Autograph Collection in Dearborn, Michigan, is seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure the highest culinary standards are met. This position requires leadership abilities to guide and develop kitchen staff, maintain sanitation and food quality standards, and maximize financial performance. The Autograph Collection is known for its handpicked four and five-star independent hotels that offer unique and bold experiences tailored to individual travelers.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Skilled in leading kitchen operations, ensuring culinary standards, setting and meeting goals, maintaining exceptional customer service, and conducting HR activities effectively.
