Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Marshes of Skidaway Island, a senior living community, is seeking a hospitality-focused Executive Chef to join their team. The company values investing in its employees and the future of senior living.
Requirements: A minimum of ten years’ experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a hotel, private club, fine dining restaurant, or similar operation preferred; excellent management, interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills; post-secondary courses in restaurant management, nutrition, or related field preferred; degree or certificate from a culinary institute preferred; must be ServeSafe Certified; must have or be willing to obtain (within 12 months of hire) a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification; must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
