Position: Executive Chef job
About: Porter Valley Country Club, a premier golf club located in Northridge, CA, is seeking an Executive Chef to provide culinary leadership for its operations. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience at Executive Chef level in a Golf Club/Resort/Hotel/Restaurant; Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience; Food & Safety certifications; Knowledge of special diets (preferred); Proficient with POS (Micros preferred), Microsoft Office products, and social media; Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte; Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
