Position: Executive Chef job
About: Four Seasons Resort in Santa Fe is currently seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to join their culinary team. This luxury resort, set on 57 rolling acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, offers an intimate and romantic experience for guests. The Executive Chef will lead the culinary operation, ensuring top-notch service and innovation in menu planning and creativity, while fostering a culture of excellence and high performance within the kitchen staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of Culinary Management experience at a Senior Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine level in a luxury hospitality environment; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong communication skills in English and Spanish; experience in overseeing all Culinary and Pastry staff and kitchen operations
