Position: Executive Chef job
About: We are looking to hire an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of an upscale, independent restaurant known for its elevated menu featuring fresh ingredients, steaks, and seafood. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing seasonal menus, tasting menus, and special featured items. This role involves overseeing all kitchen activities, training staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly in collaboration with the General Manager.
Requirements: A culinary arts bachelor’s degree (preferred); 5 years of restaurant experience including 2+ years in a management role (preferred); experience with new restaurant openings (preferred)
