Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; extensive catering experience preferred; hands-on chef experience required; comprehensive knowledge of food trends, safety, and quality standards; familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Office applications; ServSafe certification highly desirable
