Position: Executive Chef – Cook 3
About: Eastern Washington University is seeking a talented Executive Chef/Cook 3 to join the dynamic Dining Services team, responsible for daily food production, menu development, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met campus-wide.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary certification or degree preferred; minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen; strong knowledge of food safety regulations and cooking techniques; ability to lead and mentor a team; excellent communication and organizational skills
