Position: Executive Chef, Commissary
About: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Constellation Culinary Group team in LIC, Queens. This role will oversee the production at CCG’s LIC, Queens commissary that produces the cuisine for catering. This role supports the catering function for our Corporate Dining Division in Manhattan. The expected schedule for this opportunity is Sunday – Thursday from 7 am – 5 pm but may vary depending on business needs. Previous catering experience is required for this role.
Requirements: At least six years of progressive culinary experience; Proficiency in Microsoft software programs; Experience with budget statements; Associate’s degree in culinary arts
