Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo Campus Dining at Linfield University in McMinnville, Oregon is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join their team. This role involves overseeing dining services for 1100 students in various dining facilities on campus and catering services. Sodexo Dining at Linfield prides itself on innovation and culinary excellence, set in the beautiful surroundings outside of Portland, known for its sports programs and the International Pinot Noir Festival.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 2 years of basic management experience; 2 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services; strong culinary background in high-volume dining; hands-on leadership and mentoring skills; excellent communication abilities to maintain standards and implement company policies; proficiency in Food Management Systems for ordering and inventory; strong management skills
