Position: Executive Chef 1

About: Sodexo, a leading food service and facilities management company, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning and execution in a large residential dining hall, focusing on various menu formats including vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-safe foods.

Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of management experience; 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
