- minimum of two years experience in event planning or coordination
- strong knowledge of event planning principles and best practices
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- plan and coordinate weddings and events according to client preferences and budgets
- liaise with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution
- manage event timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination
- oversee contract negotiation and vendor management
- resolve any issues or challenges during events promptly
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships
- conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve services
