The company fosters an inclusive work environment that respects diversity and provides equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, military status, or veteran status. Aramark believes that a career should help develop talents, fuel passions, and empower professional growth, offering employees opportunities to pursue new challenges, a sense of belonging, and a great workplace culture.
The Portfolio Group, part of Aramark's Workplace Experience Group, delivers seamless experiences from the breakroom to the boardroom by providing a signature suite of services tailored to each unique business portfolio. They build strong partnerships that excel in convenience, consistency, and excellence. The Global Event Marketing Team within this group is seeking a seasoned Event Marketing Project Manager to join their dynamic, fast-paced global event marketing division. This team consists of experienced professionals specializing in event marketing, strategy, planning, logistics, finance, content management, and reporting.
The role of Event Marketing Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid position offering a competitive salaried compensation ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in event marketing or the hospitality industry, with a preference for those having expertise in financial services or fintech event marketing. The position is critical for managing the end-to-end process of corporate meetings and events that involve senior management teams and require a high level of service and attention to detail.
As an Event Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing event marketing strategies that drive business results. Your expertise will be leveraged to manage complex, high-profile events ensuring branding consistency, strategic planning, budget management, and flawless logistical execution. The position demands excellent communication skills, exceptional time management abilities, and a collaborative team-player mindset. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Moreover, this role requires flexibility with work hours, including willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time and work during off-hours, weekends, or holidays as necessary to support event logistics and execution. Candidates must be proficient with standard office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to deliver insightful event financial reporting and support expense management. Knowledge of current event trends affecting the financial services industry, along with cultural and sporting event awareness, is highly desirable to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Overall, joining Aramark’s Global Event Marketing Team means becoming part of a committed workforce that thrives on creating memorable event experiences while maintaining the highest quality standards, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity for passionate event professionals to contribute to a Fortune 500 company with robust benefits and career development opportunities.
