The Promotions Events Planner role at iHeartMedia is a dynamic and integral position focused on the promotion, direction, and execution of marketing activities and campaigns to enhance the company’s product image and market presence. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing promotional events such as remote broadcasts, live events, van hits, and street team activities, ensuring seamless delivery from conception to completion. The role demands close collaboration with various departments and sales teams to strategize event logistics, client engagement, and campaign effectiveness. The Promotions Events Planner will conduct research to assess marketing efforts and report insights to management, providing actionable recommendations to refine future initiatives. Essential duties include driving promotional vehicles, setting up and breaking down event equipment, managing on-site promotions, and supervising prize inventories and contests in multiple platforms including digital, social media, and live broadcasts. Job Duties
- Manage the promotion and direction of advertising and marketing activities and campaigns
- collaborate with departments to create and execute promotions such as remotes and events
