Position: Evening Culinary Arts Sous Chef

About: District 21 Restaurant, part of the Culinary Arts Program at Francis Tuttle in Oklahoma City, is seeking an Evening Culinary Arts Sous Chef to provide instructional support and leadership in a full-service restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will embody the organization’s core values and mission while upholding high-quality food standards and excellent customer service for guests, staff, and students.

Requirements: High school diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of formal culinary experience as a sous chef or higher at a fast-paced restaurant or hotel kitchen required; Program Completion in Culinary Arts, Pastry, Hospitality, or a related field highly preferred; Must hold or be willing to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification; Excellent customer service skills required
