Requirements: Minimum three years experience in a public relations, entertainment, guest services, resort/recreational, or related field; Minimum three years experience in a position demonstrating hosting experience, stage experience, and public speaking skills; Proven experience leading and motivating a team; Ability to seek out guest contact, display energy, outgoing attitude, enthusiasm, and self-motivation; Ability to learn and memorize scripts quickly; Ability to be flexible, self-motivated, handle multiple demands, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues promptly; Exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills; Ability to engage audiences of all ages with a passion for entertaining programs and events; Strong microphone skills, team player, detail-oriented, flexible, and committed to guest satisfaction; Strong aptitude to learn dance routines, perform in ‘club’ style settings, and maintain performance quality in rehearsed roles; Ability to perform in environments with special effects and second-hand smoke; At least 21 years of age; Fluent in English; Willingness to live and work onboard for extended periods; Able to work long hours with limited time off; Adherence to Disney Cruise Line appearance guidelines; Willingness to share a cabin with other crew members; Enjoy working in a high-volume, fast-paced, guest-service oriented environment; Flexible with work schedule, duties, and locations; Appreciation for diversity among guests and crew; Previous shipboard experience is a bonus
