Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee the front end of the store and ensure operational excellence in both the Pharmacy and Retail Store. The Assistant Store Manager will lead and support the store team to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain a positive shopping experience for all patrons.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of the Walgreens Community Internship Program; demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication skills and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training; fluency in English; flexibility to work varied hours and accept relocation if offered a Store Manager promotion; ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring Area
