Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is looking for a Front-End Supervisor to oversee customer service associates and designated hitters in the Pharmacy and Retail Store operations. The role involves managing the front end of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and ensuring proper merchandising to enhance store sales and profitability. The Front-End Supervisor leads and manages store team members, resolves customer complaints, and collaborates with external partners to drive store performance and community outreach initiatives. This position is also responsible for supervising store operations, cash management, inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication skills; willingness to work flexible hours and accept promotion if offered; ability to manage team members effectively and lead performance management; compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; completion of Store Manager training program or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within specified timeframe; high school diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience
