Position: Ed Guest Services Concierge
About: This position is responsible for enhancing the patient and guest experience at Bethesda North. The Guest Services Concierge provides on-demand services to address non-clinical needs, assists with information and coordination of services, daily errand running, and store purchases, aiming to offer the best hospital experience possible. The role involves connecting patients and guests to additional TriHealth resources under the manager of Patient Experience.
Requirements: High school degree in Hospitality/Healthcare Field; Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification; Computer literate; Articulate; Professional appearance; 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or related service industry; 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Hospitality Management and Customer Experience; Participation in councils, committees, and seeking additional ways to S.E.R.V.E.
