Requirements:
Passionate about real food prepared from scratch.
Quick thinker with problem-solving skills in fast-paced situations.
Leads by example and is willing to roll up sleeves and get involved.

Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
Able to provide clear, direct, and respectful feedback, ensuring execution.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to plan ahead in a fast-paced environment.
Understands the fast pace of service in a fast-casual restaurant and how to deliver excellent quality food in that environment.
At least 3 years of experience as a line cook in an establishment where all food was made from scratch.
NYC DOH food handler’s certificate is required.
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to maintain close to constant communication with multiple individuals.
Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Must be able to bend and reach overhead often.
Must possess dexterity to handle tools and equipment ranging from small to large.
