Position: Draft/Special Events Tech (Quality Beverage)
About: The Draft/Special Events Tech role at Quality Beverage involves planning, organizing, and executing events to showcase beer brands, engage customers, and increase brand awareness. The position requires building relationships with venues, event partners, and stakeholders to create memorable experiences aligned with brand values and business objectives. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and Brand Ambassador Team is essential for successful event execution.
Requirements: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Self-motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, for events; excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficient in MS Office and event planning software. Education/Training/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event planning, or related field desired; proven experience in event planning and coordination; strong budgeting and financial management skills; valid Massachusetts driver’s license and registration required. Physical Demands and Environment: Occasional physical exertion, including lifting objects up to 30 pounds; comfortable working in diverse environments; ability to stand for extended periods during events; reliable transportation for materials transport to and from events.
