Position: District Manager (Civil Construction)
About: MasTec Civil, a heavy highway contractor specializing in transportation projects including roadways, bridges, interchanges, and mass transit, is seeking a District Manager for North & South Carolina to oversee and manage operations within the region. The District Manager plays a vital role in strategic planning, team management, and ensuring successful execution of infrastructure projects while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or in Construction Management; Fifteen years of experience in the industry including senior project management and estimating; Experience in managing budgets and analyzing performance data; Experience in various delivery methods including design bid build, design build, and GMP; Estimating/Bidding experience in highway and bridge (DOT) construction.
