Position: Director of Rooms
About: Hotel Verdant located at 500 Main Street Racine, WI – 53403, is seeking a Director of Rooms to oversee the successful operation and administration of the Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping departments. The Director of Rooms plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience, financial accuracy, and overall professionalism of the hotel operations, maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and department profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality service delivery and staff management, contributing to the hotel’s positive representation in the community and achievement of strategic goals.
Requirements: College degree and three years of related experience in hotel operations; strong verbal and written communication skills; significant attention to detail; strong understanding of hotel profitability and budget process; computer skills required, experience with Hotel information systems preferred; construction experience recommended, however, not required
