Position: Director of Restaurants
About: Renaissance Nashville Hotel, located at 611 Commerce Street in Nashville, Tennessee, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead all restaurant operations and staff effectively on a daily basis. This position involves overseeing Restaurants/Bars and Room Service operations, working closely with the food and beverage/culinary management team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and financial performance within the designated areas of responsibility.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional field; OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional field; Strong skills in customer and personal service, economics and accounting, analytical/critical thinking, management of financial resources, administration and management, applied business knowledge, food production and presentation, management of material resources
