Position: Director of Operations- Brooklyn Bowl Nashville
About: Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is seeking a Director of Operations to provide leadership and direction for front of house and back of house responsibilities, working closely with staff and managers to maintain brand standards and complete venue management. The role involves overseeing restaurant, bar, venue, and bowling operations alongside the General Manager, with direct supervision over BOH and FOH.
Requirements: Physical ability and stamina to perform all job functions, including lifting heavy objects and working long hours; flexibility to work daytime, nighttime, or weekend shifts based on event schedules; previous production management experience; ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing show environment; ability to work in an environment with loud music and crowds for extended periods of time
