Position: Director of Maintenance Services
About: The Director of Maintenance Services at Colliers is responsible for leading a team that ensures the continuous monitoring, repair, and optimization of existing restaurant assets. This role supports a restaurant chain known for superior service across multiple US markets and requires deep technical knowledge in kitchen equipment and building systems.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred in Business, Architecture, Construction, or Technical Trade; Certification/Experience in MEP; 5+ years of related trade experience in service work for kitchen equipment, construction, and/or facilities management; Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; EPA Universal Certification; Proven leadership experience; Excellent communication and computer skills; Ability to travel 30%
