Position: Director of Human Resources Operations
About: Sheraton Phoenix Downtown is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. As part of the Marriott International brand, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts aims to create a sense of community and connection for guests worldwide since 1937. This role involves executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop diverse talent, overseeing recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, and training and development.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
