Position: Director of Hotel Operations
About: The Westin Phoenix Downtown, located at 333 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, United States, 85004, is seeking a strategic business leader to oversee the property’s Hotel Operations, including Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance departments. The position involves working with department heads to develop and implement strategies aligned with the brand service strategy, focusing on customer needs, employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and financial performance while nurturing positive owner relations.
Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
