Position: Director of Hospitality Operations-Yachts
About: Four Seasons is looking for a Director of Hospitality Yachts to lead their operations for the Four Seasons Yachts, ensuring they maintain their luxury status. This role will involve working closely with shipboard teams and third-party partners to uphold the brand’s high standards of service and experience for guests on the yacht.
Requirements: Hotel degree is preferred; College or University level; Minimum 10 years of hospitality, Guest Services, and Pre-Opening/Newbuild experience; Previous experience with luxury cruise lines/yachts is preferred; Ability to travel, as you will need to travel to the Yacht during pre-opening phase to support the Yacht Operations; Must have US work authorization
