Position: DIRECTOR OF GAMING
About: The Director of Gaming Operations is responsible for the overall operational and strategic direction, administration and coordination of all activities within the Table Games and Slot Operations departments.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming operations management; Strong knowledge of gaming industry regulations and best practices; Excellent leadership and team management skills; Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Effective communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
