About: Brickyard Healthcare is seeking a Transitional Leader – Director of Nursing to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care during leadership transitions. Responsibilities include budget preparation, performance monitoring, and maintaining communication with the Medical Director for staff education. This role plays a crucial part in providing coverage, stabilization, and progression of the business plan during vacancies and on-boarding of new leaders.
Requirements: Nursing degree; current RN license; at least five years of management experience in long-term or acute care settings
