Position: Dining Services – Manager in Training

Requirements: Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily; utilize leadership skills to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision; an associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred; specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition required; certified in Food Protection Manager course within 14 days of employment; experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision desired; basic computer skills; completion of approved sanitation and safety course; ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks continuously; comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies
