Position: Dining Room Manager
About: We are opening a high-volume, upscale, independent restaurant with dynamic seasonal menus and a wine & cocktail program to match. The company has an excellent track record operating unique restaurants and a boutique hotel brand, Origin.
Requirements: Proven experience in staff training and management in a restaurant environment; Strong background in hospitality management; Supervisory experience in a restaurant; Familiarity with food preparation and inventory control; Proficient in using POS systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel; Basic knowledge of wine and cocktails; Excellent team management and interviewing skills
