About: The Gillis Organization owns and operates McDonald’s Restaurant Franchises in New Jersey and New York, focusing on enhancing the customer experience with excellent service and quality products while prioritizing the well-being of patrons and employees.
Requirements: Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Responsibilities include managing Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results. Associate degree recommended; McDonald’s Department Manager Capstone or Higher required.
