Requirements: Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Responsibilities include managing Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results. Associate degree recommended. McDonald’s Department Manager Capstone or Higher required.
