Position: Deli + Kitchen Operations Manager

Requirements: 5+ years of food service management or similar experience; 1+ years’ experience managing and developing a team strongly preferred; experience evaluating and streamlining food service processes; experience documenting and training business standards and procedures; exceptional communication, project management, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills; ability to work independently and prioritize projects; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience managing kitchen operations; familiarity with procurement and inventory management; ServSafe Manager’s Certification and California Food Handler card required; fluency in English and Spanish preferred
