Position: Deli-Bakery Assistant Manager
About: Military Deli & Bakery Services is seeking an Assistant Manager/Shift Lead to join our team at one of our 103 US Military Commissary locations. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service to military personnel and their families by showcasing a love for food and a passion for people.
Requirements: 2+ years grocery or 2+ years food service experience; Previous shift lead/management experience mandatory; Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift; Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation; Open availability, must be able to work some weekends and closing shifts; Must have a valid Food Safety Management Certification or obtain one within 30 days from the hire date; Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
