Position: Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer
About: Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions, a premier global transportation provider headquartered in Reading, PA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer to ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before hitting the road, embodying the commitment to excellence and customer success.
Requirements: High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred; Valid driver’s license required; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to work well as part of a team; Ability and willingness to work outside; Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred); Basic computer skills; Understanding and compliance with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management; DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies adherence; Regular, predictable, full attendance; Compliance with DOT regulations for driving roles; Successful completion of background screening, drug screen, and physical as required by the Department of Transportation.
