Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
About: Family Dollar is seeking motivated individuals to support our stores by providing essential products at great values to the communities we serve. As a Family Dollar Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, including greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, completing transactions, and answering questions about the store and products.
Requirements: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent; prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments; ability to lift up to 40lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 55 lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; skills in customer focus, developing potential, results-driven, strong organizational skills, communication skills, problem-solving, decision-making, job knowledge, and relationship management.
