Position: Customer Accounts Advisor
About: Aaron’s, a retail company specializing in lease-to-own agreements, is currently seeking Customer Accounts Advisors to join their team. Customer Account Advisors at Aaron’s play a crucial role in driving payment collections, lease agreement renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and providing outstanding service.
Requirements: United States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License; Canada at least the age of 18; ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly; two years of retail/customer service experience preferred; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; high energy with the ability to multitask effectively; proficient computer skills
