Position: Culinary Sous Chef
About: Join our Culinary team as a Sous Chef at one of our Food & Beverage Outlets at Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms, South Carolina. You could work at Coastal Provisions, offering a variety of seafood and meats sourced locally and regionally for three meals a day. Requirements: Previous Culinary Management experience required; ability to develop creative menu items adhering to brand standards; skilled in managing colleagues through scheduling, payroll, and training; proficient in monitoring food production, cost, quality, and safety; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
