Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or culinary setting preferred; strong leadership and coaching skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail; knowledge of food safety standards and basic food and beverage management; physical ability to handle kitchen equipment and work in various conditions; effective communication and teamwork skills
