Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a culinary or restaurant setting preferred; ability to lead and coach a team effectively; basic food and beverage management knowledge; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
